Products

Digital files (Excel workbooks, Power BI projects, PDF binders) delivered by download immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

After payment you are redirected to a download page and receive an e-mail with the same links. Links are valid for 30 days and can be re-issued at any time from the downloads page.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By ticking the checkout consent you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Independently of this, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy.

Conformity and complaints

We are liable for the conformity of the digital content with the contract under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in Polish law. If a file does not open, formulas return errors or a described feature is missing, e-mail [email protected] with your order number; we answer within 14 days and provide a corrected file, a price reduction or a refund as the law provides.

Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence. Standard: one person — for personal use or for their own work or business, on any number of their own devices. Pro: the same licence, covering the companion file included with it. Team licence (sold as “Team licence · up to 10 people”): up to 10 people within one company or organisation, including a shared internal drive. Resale, sharing outside the licensed people and redistribution — whole or in part, modified or not — are not permitted. Larger teams and resellers: ask by e-mail.

The files are decision aids, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check results that matter with a professional.

Disputes and governing law

Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (in Poland: the Trade Inspection mediation and consumer arbitration courts, or a municipal consumer ombudsman — see uokik.gov.pl); participation is voluntary for both parties.
