What we collect

Your e-mail address and order details when you buy or request a free file; your billing country and, if you ask for an invoice, your company name and VAT ID. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never reach us.

Why

To deliver your files, send receipts and invoices, re-send download links, and — if you requested a free file — to send occasional notes about new rituals (unsubscribe in one click). Legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interest / consent.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the store is used — visits, pages, source of traffic, purchases. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie bar; until then Google receives cookieless, aggregated signals only. IP addresses are truncated, no advertising features are enabled, and no data is sold. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. The store also keeps your currency choice and cart in your browser (localStorage) — this is not personal data and is never sent to our server.

Follow-up e-mail

On the download page you can ask for one e-mail, three days after the purchase, with the file that pairs with what you bought. We store the time of that request as the record of your consent (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and send nothing else on that basis.

Processors

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments, invoices), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, file storage, inbound e-mail), Resend, Inc. (transactional e-mail), Brevo SAS (newsletter for free-file subscribers) and our accountant — all under GDPR data-processing agreements; transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order records: 5 years after the end of the tax year, as Polish tax law requires. Free-file subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Correspondence: up to 3 years. Download tokens: 60 days.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
