Delivery & refund policy

Delivery

Digital delivery, instantly, worldwide — no shipping, no shipping costs. Every product is a file you download: the download page opens right after payment and the same links arrive by e-mail within a few minutes. Links stay valid for 30 days and can be re-issued any time from Lost your files? Nothing is posted; there is no physical item.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked. If a file is not what you hoped, e-mail [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number. The refund goes back to the original payment method (BLIK and Przelewy24 refunds return to your bank account) within 5–10 business days.

We only ask two things: that you tell us what did not work (so the next version is better), and that you delete the files after the refund.

Bundles are refunded as a whole. Files bought on Etsy follow Etsy's process. This guarantee is voluntary and does not limit your statutory rights (see the terms). Wersja polska.
